Martial Classes for Adults
Based on Systema Martial principles.
Enhance your health and conditioning, remove stress and rejuvenate through unique dynamic individual and partner work exercises.
We aim to develop freedom of the body and mind through learning how to respond to fear, resistance and stress.
– Breath work
– Strengthening Exercises with very different approach from the usual
– Core Conditioning
– Partner and Group Martial exercises
– Striking, Grabs, Wrestling, Locks, Selfdefence
– Weapons, Knife, Sticks, Improvised weapons and more
No previous experience or fitness level is required, get in shape physically and psychologically.
Workshops provide us with time and space to learn the principles.
Usually we hold a workshop once a month on weekends and we organize weekend stays several times a year.
We offer regular workshops almost every month on a weekend. The workshop always has a specific topic, such as footwork, punches, fighting on the ground or with various weapons.
Weekend camps usually take place two to three times a year in various places in nature outside Prague.

Exercises for kids with combat elements, focusing, on a well-functioning body, games for coping with stress, working with breath and improving coordination and balance.
Kids learn to stretch and strengthen their bodies, gaining agility and flexibility. Development of self-confidence, and awareness of good body settings, that will remain in the years to come.
The exercises take place in a playful environment which encourages a sense of joy from the achievement of the movement skills.
The Youth Classes will function similar to the Adult Classes.
Warrior Class (8 – 12 years)

Price – Subscription 1750 Kc or 130 Kc per class. 150 Kc for Parent/Child combination.
*Parents are encouraged to participate with their kids, although it is not necessary.
